Journey Inward. Expand Outward.

I am a coach, educator, and community leader focused on personal growth, self-discovery, and meaningful connection.

If you've spent years focused on your career, family, and responsibilities, it can be easy to lose sight of your own goals and priorities.

This space is designed to help you reconnect with what matters most, gain clarity about what's next, and build meaningful connections with a supportive community.

Who is Alana?

After building and selling a successful marketing and public relations business to Vice Media while raising three daughters, Alana recognized the importance of creating space for personal growth, learning, and meaningful connection.

Since 2015, she has worked as a coach, educator, and community leader, helping individuals gain clarity, build confidence, and navigate personal and professional transitions.

In 2020, she co-founded a thriving community that has welcomed hundreds of participants through workshops, educational programs, community events, and coaching experiences.

Today, Alana combines her background in business, leadership, and education to create supportive environments where people can learn, grow, and build meaningful connections with others.

Through coaching, workshops, and community programs, she helps individuals develop practical tools, strengthen communication skills, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

In July 2024, I was honored to be featured in Hamptons Magazine, where I shared my perspective on the intersection of modern healing and ancient wisdom.

The article explores how I guide others through intentional experiences and the importance of integration in everyday life.

A newspaper article titled 'Truffle Talk,' discussing the intersection of microdosing, magic mushrooms, and psychotherapy, with a handwritten pink circle highlighting a quote about spiritual healing in community surrounded by images of various types of truffles and a woman with long hair.
