1. Nature of Services

Underground Mama offers psychedelic facilitation, integration support, education, and facilitator training. These services are offered as spiritual guidance and personal development support, not as licensed medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

Our services do not constitute a therapist-client or doctor-patient relationship. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding your health and wellbeing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By booking or purchasing, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept that:

•Psychedelic experiences involve inherent physical, psychological, and emotional risks

•Outcomes from sessions or retreats cannot be guaranteed

•You are voluntarily choosing to participate with full awareness of these risks

•You have disclosed any relevant health conditions, medications, or contraindications in your intake forms

Underground Mama makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any session or program.

4. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Our services are not a replacement for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or licensed therapy. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared in sessions and intake forms with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your information without your consent except where required by law or to prevent serious harm.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is required to confirm your booking. Our current policies:

•Private sessions: payment due at time of booking

•Retreats: deposit required to hold your space; full payment due prior to the event

•Facilitator training: payment plan options available; please inquire

Refunds: Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 7 days of a scheduled session or retreat are non-refundable. In rare circumstances, Underground Mama may cancel or reschedule sessions; in such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on undergroundmama.info — including text, videos, course materials, and program frameworks — is the property of Underground Mama and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Underground Mama and Alana Varel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service.
